A Hollistic approach

Holistic therapy looks beyond individual symptoms and instead considers the whole person. Rather than focusing on one area in isolation, it explores how your physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual wellbeing all interact – because when one part of us is out of balance, the rest often follows.

True contentment can be difficult to reach if these areas aren’t aligned. Looking at them together helps us understand what’s really going on beneath the surface and where change might need to happen, and we would to explore this at your own pace during therapy sessions

Holistic therapy can support you with:

Physical wellbeing

Aches and pains, chronic conditions, tension, fatigue or ongoing illness.

Emotional wellbeing

Feelings such as sadness, anger, fear, worry or overwhelm.

Mental wellbeing

Unhelpful thinking patterns and limiting beliefs that can show up as anxiety, stress, low mood or “I’m not good enough.”

Spiritual wellbeing

Feeling empty, disconnected, lost or unsure of your sense of purpose.
