Some of life’s moments can become overwhelming and it can be hard to think through things with a clear head. Sometimes we are able to move forward and work through issues on our own; but on other occasions we can begin to feel stuck and need support with navigating our thoughts, feelings and emotions to be the best version of ourselves – and that is totally ok!
As a qualified therapist I can help you consider the way you think and act, in order to alter habits or behaviours that are no longer making you happy. Each of us has our own struggles and so I firmly believe in taking the time to understand your situation and using a Humanistic and person-centred approach to your personal therapeutic journey.
Therapy allows you the time to pause, reflect and find empowered solutions to life’s struggles and challenges. Sessions are bespoke, so tailor made to your individual needs, allowing you to explore your thoughts and feelings without any pressure or agenda. Counselling sessions are 50 minutes long, take place online through a secure platform and at a mutually agreed time weekly. Wherever possible we will meet at the same time each week.
